Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are allowed only in case of manufacturing defects or damage.

• Exchange requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery.

• A mandatory unboxing video is required to validate exchange requests.

• Return shipping costs for exchanges are to be borne by the customer.

• Products that are used, washed, or altered will not be eligible for exchange.

Return Policy

• No Returns – As a conscious fashion label, we encourage mindful purchases.

• We do not process refunds once an order is confirmed.

Other Terms

• No COD (Cash on Delivery) is available.

• In rare cases where exchange is approved, the replacement will be sent once the original product is received and inspected.
